due to low self esteem if someone is hitting on me i probably wouldn’t even be able to tell unless they directly said “i love you and want to date you” and even then i would be a little skeptical

Im finally starting to see my self worth & realize I deserve SO much more than what you put me through. I still love you & still care about you, but I’ll never let you back in the way I did before. I’m moving on & putting myself back together. I won’t look back. I’m becoming a stronger person.

So, I want to thank you. You put me through hell, broke me down to my absolute lowest, but now I know I can get through anything. I’m a stronger person because of you. You were a lesson in disguise. I’ll always miss you & the memories we once shared, but I will never let anyone treat me the way you treated me. I was blinded by my love for you & constantly made excuses for you, but truth is, there is no excuse for the way you treated me. You never really did care like you said you did. & I vow to you, to myself & to everyone, that someday I will find someone who will treat me right.
